This was a beautiful cottage to stay in. Very sunny and clean. The bedding was comfortable and plenty of towels. The location was very walkable to city parks, restaurants and coffee shops. It’s a longer walk to campus but very easy to Uber or drive to there. The backyard was very cute too. It is close to the train line and the train runs frequently. I like the sound of the train and it never woke me up. But you will hear it so keep in mind. Michelle was a great host and responded to everything right away. A wonderful experience! I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

This place is beautiful serene and quiet. The backyard is perfect for relaxing and having a nice evening dinner.

Our time at the property was very enjoyable and felt very much like being in a welcoming home. The house is hidden away in downtown Eugene, within walking distance of many enjoyable things to do. Our mornings always started with walking outside to see squirrels playing in the backyard and other local wildlife comfortably walking around out front. The only negative experience we encountered was the nearby train traffic, but the host was accomodating with ear plugs available when needed. That is something clearly out of the control of the host, and did not take away from our stay being pleasant. The large washer/dryer was very nice, as we are travelling from overseas and being able to do laundry after arriving and before leaving is a huge help to minimize the amount of clothing needed to pack.

Cute home, well-maintained, good location, very walkable neighborhood, close to OU, close to downtown. Perfect for a concert or a game!

We loved staying at the Little Pearl. The location couldn’t be better and we were very comfortable in this cozy but spacious cottage. It was nice to be so close to some of our favorite places—5th Street Market, Farmers Market, and many restaurants and coffee shops. We enjoyed time on the beautiful back patio, sipping wine and visiting with family and friends. Michele is a great host and responded quickly to our questions. She also alerted us to a cancellation so that we could have extended our time there. We hope to be back to stay at The Little Pearl next year!

Wonderful location and comfortable accommodations. Michele was a very responsive host and we enjoyed the Pink Pearl.

We had a great two night stay. Very tastefully decorated, great outdoor spaces. Short walk to the river trail for a scenic run or walk.

This is a little gem for a weekend getaway. Close to shops, Sat farmer market can’t be beat. Michelle was responsive and flexible. We will definitely come back!

The rental exceeded our expectations. AC worked great during heat wave. Yard was private and had chairs for guests. Great location for dinning and shopping. Host was accommodating and nice. Most importantly, bed was super comfortable and sheets were the best. Wish we had discovered the place before my daughter graduated.

We were in town for a wedding and the house was perfect!!! We enjoyed a beverage on the peaceful back porch. Highly recommend!!!

We loved the Little Pearl! It’s close to shopping, the buses, and restaurants. The house was sparkling clean and very comfortable. The kitchen is small with a microwave, electric range, and refrigerator. There’s a cute little backyard with gas grill and comfy furniture for hanging out. Michele was the best to work with. I have allergies to fragrances, so must always check with hosts about this. She ended up changing her laundry and cleaning products to eliminate fragrances, and I have to say, it was a joy to be able to actually sleep and hang out without an allergic headache and asthma kicking up. Be warned - there are railroad tracks about a block south of the house and trains go through night and day. I can truly say that the whistles didn’t bother me at all - and I’m an exceptionally light sleeper. But, just in case, Michelle even provides a jar full of ear plugs for guests to use. We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely book the Little Pearl again.

Little Pearl is a beautiful place to stay - clean, light, lovely outside area, well-equipped. And to find such a nice place so close to downtown is wonderful. We walked to dinner, the amazing farmer’s market, shops. We will definitely be back - thank you.

We loved this place! Great location! We were able to walk to restaurants, shopping, and even Hult Center to see a play. The alley is very quiet except for an occasional train horn, that never interrupted our sleep. The house was very cute and spacious for my wife and I. We were very lucky to have great weather and enjoyed the small well, kept private back yard. Parking was great steps from the front door. Our host was very sweet and we had no issues that we needed her assistance with.

I highly recommend Michele's cottage. The cottage is darling and well appointed with great art work, bed was super comfortable, super clean and loved sitting on the back patio surrounded by her beautiful garden. I felt very lucky to have found Michele's place. Will definitely stay there again if go to Eugene!

This is by far my favorite airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. The house was absolutely gorgeous, beautifully decorated, and perfectly located. Even though it’s in the heart of the city, it’s quiet, private, and peaceful. Being able to easily walk to 5th street market was really wonderful. From the gorgeous interior to the beautifully manicured front yard to the private outdoor space in the back, this house was everything I was looking for and more.

We loved out stay at Michelle’s place. It is very spacious, and having extra seating areas and a separate office area was nice for my boyfriend and I to spread out and work, do yoga, etc. The yard is gorgeous and we just wished we were there in warmer weather to enjoy it. Many great restaurants and breweries within walking distance. We highly recommend Farmer’s Union Coffee Roasters for breakfast.

This is a lovely and very well-appointed cottage in a great location in the market district of Eugene. It's an easy walk to many good restaurants and coffee shops, Skinner's Butte and riverfront paths, etc. The cottage is well laid out, with a large living space, an especially noteworthy bathroom, and a lovely backyard. We will definitely stay there again.

I highly recommend booking this place for your visit to Eugene! It’s within perfect walking distance to 5th street market place and campus. The home itself is beautiful and relaxing. The bed is super comfy and all the bedding was amazing quality. The patio is very private, comfortable, and peaceful! Michele was very nice!

Great location, super clean, and extremely comfortable for our family with a toddler. We loved the cozy bed and proximity to coffee, restaurants, breweries and the river trail.

This house and the location was just what we needed for our stay in Eugene - private, clean, comfortable, walking distance to restaurants and shops and the Saturday Market. The house was immaculate when we arrived and the kitchen was very well stocked with what we needed to prepare a few meals. We will definitely be back! Thankful for the 11am checkout when so many others ask you to be out by 10am!

We loved our stay at Micheles place! It was such an adorable space. Everything was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. We loved the little back yard space, so cozy. Michele was easy to work and we were able to check out an hour later because of our flight. We highly recommend this little gem and hope to come again.

Super cute place, right near downtown. Has everything you need for a perfect stay. Super friendly host. Easy to come/go and easy to get around from this spot...walking or driving. Super comfy bed and amazing sheets. Place is tastefully decorated and has a lovely homey feel. Really enjoyed staying here and would absolutely recommend if staying in the area. Close by the train which could be heard from inside, but wasn't noticeable overnight.

Beautifully appointed home - the pictures don’t make it justice - nearby the center of the town, a mall, restaurants, parks and the train station! Of note both the outside space was lovely for a beverage at the end of the day, and the dedicated workspace allowed our working holiday to not disturb the one that was still sleeping. Lastly, Michele was welcoming and helpful, a great stay. Will visit again the next time we hang by Eugene!

There are Airbnbs—and then there are places that truly set the standard. This bungalow is exceptional in every way. From the thoughtful design and ideal central location to the abundance of little extras, everything felt intentional and elevated. The king bed, pillows, linens, towels, and water pressure were all excellent, and the space was impeccably clean. We appreciated the stocked fridge with water, high-end beauty samples, washer/dryer, private parking, and the lovely outdoor area perfect for dining or a glass of wine. Tucked away in a quiet alley just a couple blocks from the 5th Street Market, Marche, and downtown, the home feels peaceful and private while still being close to everything. The garden backdrop and covered patio create a cozy sanctuary, and the bathroom layout was unique and very convenient. Michele is a warm & helpful host with great communication. If you’re looking for a stylish, comfortable, and perfectly located place to stay in Eugene, this is a rare gem.

So, here’s the thing. There are Airbnbs and then there is next level. What all should strive to be. Stunning in their own right by virtue of design and location. But, all the extras. Perfect: mattress, pillows, towels, water pressure, beautiful outdoor wine and dine space, private parking, water in fridge, washer/dryer, responsive host, high-end beauty samples, and so incredibly clean! A breath of fresh air. I know where we will always return anytime in Eugene! Almost want to gatekeep…but wouldn’t be fair. Enjoy!!

This was the cutest place in an excellent location! You have so much privacy, the house feels so cozy and welcoming, it’s very clean, and the private backyard is the perfect little oasis! It’s walkable to most of town which is awesome. Highly recommend everything about it!

What a gem! The place was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The back yard was perfect for hanging out after dinner with a glass of wine. The king size bed was extremely comfortable and towels felt luxurious. There was even a space to work. You can tell everything was so thoughtful. We did not need to drive during our stay since everything was about 0.5 mile away - restaurants, coffee, grocery, hikes, and even REI. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. There is a train track near by and the trains sound their horns when passing. It only happens a few times a day.

Unbelievably clean inside and an ideal location. We airbnb a lot and this was by far one of our top places for both cleanliness and location. Everything was ideal. Highly highly recommend.

This is a lovely, private little house that enjoys a great central location close to the shops and restaurants of the Market District. It is tucked away in an alley a couple blocks from Marche restaurant and Inn at the 5th. The bed is very comfortable and all the linens are of high quality. There is a nice tub/shower with jack and Jill sinks and toilets at either end. My favorite part was how the house backs up on a garden that has good separation from the main house and brings the beauty of Eugene visually into the living room space. The easy parking space is a plus, and I appreciated Michele's kindness in letting us in early since my husband needed a quiet place to work while I was doing research at the university. I come here a lot and this is in my top 3 places to stay in Eugene. If you want to be where the action is and still enjoy a calm, aesthetically pleasing place to rest and rejuvenate, do not hesitate, this is the place.

Michelle’s place was BEAUTIFUL! From the moment we drove up we felt at home. Everything was exactly as pictured and described. The layout was perfect, and I’m literally in love with the bathroom(s) and private outdoor covered patio. Several food options are just a block away. Michelle was easy to reach for the two questions I had. Will seek to stay here again next time I’m in Eugene 10/10!

We loved our stay at Little Pearl! Michele is a wonderful and accommodating host allowing us to check in early so we could get settled in before walking to Autzen for the Ducks game. The house was pristine and the location is unbeatable - easy walk to 5th St Market, downtown, and Autzen. Beds and linens were super comfortable, backyard patio was beautiful and quiet and, and it has all the amenities you'll need. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing stay

This is a “must-stay” Airbnb. If you’re looking at booking definitely go ahead. The bungalow itself is lovely, very spacious, well decorated and it has a great selection of toys for kiddos. The location is perfect with walking distance to restaurants, the train station, skinner butte, the river and the science centre. Both the bed and sofa bed are very comfortable. Michele, the host, is amazing and really a lovely person, we had some changes to our trip last minute and she was so helpful and accommodating—truly top tier Airbnb host! Highly recommend staying here and thank you so much Michele for a wonderful experience.

We had a wonderful 1 night stay. The home is very clean and cozy and comfortable. The backyard and covered patio was great! Loved sitting out there in the evening visiting. Michele our host was so kind and friendly and very responsive.

What a beautiful and cozy bungalow! Loved all the lovely accents to the home and appreciated the privacy and quietness in the historical neighborhood while being so close to all the restaurants and shopping that the city had to offer. Definitely want to come back for a spring or summer weekend to take advantage of the back patio and yard that is set up perfectly for outdoor entertaining. Michele was the best host ever! We stayed only one night but had a great time. The house is clean very cute and conveniently located. We loved the bed and the backyard of the house. We have 5 year old son and he was excited to find some toys in the house which was a bonus. Looking forward to coming back again soon.

Perfect bungalow for the three of us (including a 1.5 yo). Place was so cozy and beautifully decorated. Thoughtful touches like the skin products in the bathroom, heated floors, toys and board games, and beverages in the fridge. The bed was VERY comfortable, spacious closet if we were staying longer. I hope to come back during warmer months to enjoy the serene back patio area. Neighborhood felt safe and walkable- restaurants/shops just a few blocks away. Would definitely stay again.

Reserves this space for UO graduation. Walking distance to the stadium and campus. No need to deal with driving, traffic, and parking which was a wonderful bonus. Open concept living are that opens to a large beautiful covered patio and immaculately landscaped yard. An amazing space to host a relaxing BBQ with family that was also in town. Phenomenal kitchen supplies and toiletries so neatly organized. Beautiful tasteful decor. Office nook perfect to sneak in some quiet work away from everyone. Bed beyond comfortable. Hot water for days. Board games for the kids. Host beyond lovely and responsive. They have truly created the sweetest space. You will not be disappointed.

Michele’s place is absolutely perfect. Quaint bungalow in the heart of 5th street market. The bungalow has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Some of my favorites: Oakway, Autzen Stadium and Handel’s Homemade Ice Cream, all just a few blocks away! The backyard patio is the perfect spot to enjoy your coffee in the morning or night cap in the evening. Thanks for such a wonderful stay!

Michele's bungalow was absolutely perfect for a couple's trip to Eugene. The location is great - easy walking to 5th street market and doable walking to downtown and U of O campus. It was incredibly easy to access the nearby bike path and visit several different parks and restaurants. The bungalow itself is adorable and functional. I think the biggest perk is the sanctuary of a backyard space with covered patio and just enough room to relax, but still feel cozy. The amenities are great - comfortable king bed, great living room, fully-stocked kitchen, and even washer/dryer. Michele was the consummate host. She was out of town for our stay, but made sure everything was thought of, prepared, and communicated ahead of time. and left us a wonderful welcome note with additional information and suggestions. I highly recommend!!
